Freedom of speech (1st Amendment) is only a protection against government action.
Yahoo is not the government. And this is not a government-run public forum. Freedom of speech doesn't apply.

The First Amendment only covers what the Government can and cannot do. Yahoo is a private corporation and they can do as they please. Took me years to figure that out. Most Corporations are petty tyrants.
