Driver you make the rest of the world seem uncivilized their are other countries which have on par living with the U.S.

This comment is totally correct the U.S. does impose racist practices, such as racial profiling which by the way you seem very competent at. Democracy is a veil that is very popular to use unfortunatly it has become tainted.

The U.S. has many good things about it, but they seem to be lessening rather rapidly with the reduction of our civil liberties, the government becoming bigger and bigger.

Absolutely not! That would be hypocracy! People are already seeing thru our democracy snake oil scheme. Our behavior shows that if we dont like those that are taking part in a democracy we simply sabotage their efforts just like those that are not a democracy.
We ignore our own history and that of our allies. The founders of our democracy were terroists (against the crown who was our government). As was for example Menagin Begin a well known terrorist against the British ,who went on to become the Prime Minister of Israel.
So now they would have us believe that Hamas and Hezbollah are not acceptable because they believe in their cause and the right of their people to live in dignity and are willing to fight for it.
They both became part of the democratic process and were voted by election to the government in their respective countries
and are not being given a chance to evolve into a new way of life.
The inabilty to see your neighbors as fellow human beings will forever keep them as enemies.
The peace process and co-existence is something that has to be worked at.It will not happen thru the barrel of a gun. Diplomacy is in order, not impulsive behavior.

Sure

We all know that the democrat Smurfs are a inferior race. The Redpublican party monitors them on a regular basis. Minority's are no longer black or white they are Red and Blue I hope and pray for the end of this.

If we get the Super-majority in the fall then it won't be long until laws will be in place to deport weasel deserters. Then America will be united. No more lazy do nothing liberals.

Go big Red Go

I live in just such a country, though it would not be accurate to say I support it, since I am going to great lengths to move to get away from not only the institutionalized racism, but also the institutionalized sexism that dominates my native country.

What is the name of my native country which does such evil things, while proclaiming there are valid reasons for each and every evil thing they do?

The United States of America.

After typing in this long piece, I see you added a note calling us idiots for thinking you were talking about the US. it is you who are an idiot, because that is exactly what is happening in the US, whether you like it or not. S***w you.

In our around 1980, the EEOC filed a civil rights lawsuit against Sears, the well known retailer. Sears employed a number of 'buyers', people who went to suppliers, worked out contracts for purchase of items sold in their stores, and in those days, in their catalogs. At that time, buyers made around $50,000 a year, which in 1980 was a lot of money.

There were few white female buyer, and the EEOC alleged this was de facto discrimination against women.

Sears showed proof that they asked every female who came into the employment office if she wanted such a job. They contacted every existing female employee with the same offer. And, they showed they had spent a fortune on advertising for female buyers.

Women simply did not want jobs that required them to travel all the time, not matter how much it paid.

The EEOC said it didn't matter what they had done, they had to either hire women on that job, or take secretary typists and call them buyers and pay them $50,000 a year for their existing job.

Sears refused, and there was a major lawsuit. Sears managed to win, by getting a college professor who proved that it was a cultural norm for women to avoid jobs that required them to travel a lot.

Well, no matter, because that is the current practice in any company which has good paying jobs, but most women are too lazy to do the studies, such as engineering jobs in tech companies.

We constantly hear lectures from feminists, about the great hidden secret domestic violence, or rape, or some other thing that everyone who doesn't live in a cave well knows because we've all heard it a zillion times.

Note they never tell us the real secret. That millions of jobs in large national corporations, and perhaps small ones as well, are absolutely reserved for white females, no minority or white males need apply, period, no matter how talented or qualified.

At the same time we read on YA that men dominate the job market, and women receive much less for exactly the same job, both are brazen lies, men including minority males, suffer ABSOLUTE DISCRIMINATION.

If you talk to parents of men and women who graduated from college in the last five years, you will hear the same tale in most cases.

1. Our daughter got her degree, and now she has this great job and makes a lot of money.

2. Our son got his degree, and he keeps trying but he can't find anything but bagging groceries, or a contruction job. We think he must not be trying hard enough.

So, why did this happen? Women get degrees in fun stuff, like botany or literature, then when they graduate, expect to get a job just like the men who got engineering degrees or computer science jobs. If they don't, the knuckleheads in EEOC or State Civil Rights Agencies file suit.

THIS IS INSANE! THIS IS ALSO EVIL!

Yet, we are told, "Well, we have a reason so it's okay."

Here is the next problem in this area. Another secret the feminists don't share with you is that women voluntarily quit their jobs four times as often as men do. Men average once every ten years; women 2.5 years.

So, there is this constant churning in these reserved jobs, and many men apply with great hopes, but they don't stand a chance. It is just as bad as Mississippi in the 50's for blacks.

A man, a minority, who worked for a time as a temp in a large corporation before he proved his worth, and the job was opened so he could be hired, but HR refused to forward his application for the job he had held for months, saying he did not have enough experience, told me:
He had walked around the building to see who worked there. Though that community had 10% blacks, the only black men he saw were wearing visitor's badge, they came as representatives of customers or suppliers.

Plenty of white females.

If you are smart, your question was a trick question, and you know what the correct answer was, as I have written.

By the way, it is said not many men are going to college. Actually, way too many men are going to college today. You don't need college to bag groceries or do construction work, and that is all most of them will ever do.
