olive or sage coloured eyeiner. thin line on top. black mascara
dont use a base just put some powder or bronzer on. and use a small amount of the bronzer as blush. it gives a much ore natural look. remember, less is more.

Your like a replica of me! I don't have blonde highlights though.
For your eyes, I would suggest Almay Intense-i-color for hazel eyes. And if your pale-go with a translucent power foundation. For your acne--use a liquid cover up if you need to, but only on the spots. Match with a second lightly tanned powder to finish. Going for the night look? Add a peachy/rose blush lightly in upward strokes on your cheek bone!!
IF YOUR TAN: do the same with darker second powders and cover ups. Use a rose or cherry blush, but only a small amount!
use a pearl black mascara and eyeliner if nessary to darken your look
a light pink lip gloss will never go wrong!
good luck <33 hope i helped!

It would look nice if you got peek-a-boo highlights done..they start from the bottom and are more behind your hair, it gives the blonde touch but at the same time doesn't stand out like crazy and look too edgy. If you want normal thin highlights then just get a light brown - redish shade or just light brownish shade.

Find a good non greasy makeup, apply with a sponge, a little dust of powder preferably with a little glow in it, eyes earthy tones, a little eyeliner, mouth close to your lip color with a gloss. My daughter has the same coloring, your eyes/lips will do the talking. I am a former model, simplicity does it, and a smile!

eye shadow : soft colors like a light orange or peach , a soft brown or a soft green hint : these soft colors will match with your eyes and make your eyes look gorgeous since the colors will bring out your eyes
blush : none just wash your face with neutrogenas oil free acne wash then clan with soft towel
mascara : use black mascara but remember not to put to much
hint : curl your eye lashes
lips : simply put a soft pink color and add gloss for a natural clean look
follow these rules to look gorgeous but not exaggerating look because the more make up you but the more you may hurt your skin and look like a clown !!! believe me less is more as long as you keep it simple you will look marvalous

Downplayed earth tones skip the heavy stuff!!! concentrate on the eyes and a barely there gloss for the lips Try a couple of your fave make-up brand name websites sometimes they have great tips and hints. Total bonus if you already use the product and know it works well for you right!

Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals has an incredible line of mineral makeup that covers like nothing you have ever tried and feels like you have no makeup on at all. I have acne too, and this stuff saved my life!!
For your eyes, try shades of shimmery plum, sandy-pink, med. violet, olive or bronzy-gold on lids (applied lightly) with navy, deep gold, or violet liner (on top lash line only, and applied lightly as well) and deep brown mascara.
Blush color depends on skin tone:
Fair skin= peachy-pink or light cinnamon blush
Medium skin=rose or golden raspberry blush
Dark skin= deeper berries and reds
Lip color also depends on skin tone and undertones, but I would try a sheer pinkish-brown and sheer berry with or without pink or sheer red lip gloss.
Hope this helps! :~)

Go to the mall to a department store where they have make up people there. Tell them what look you want and they'll do. And all the products they use you can buy right there and see how it looks on you before you get it.
