All of a sudden my period came on today Aug 7 and it usually come on the 14th of each month. Last week it came on two days early

If you are young and periods are new this is totally normal. However if you are older and your periods are established I would talk to my gynecologist just to make sure nothing is wrong.

Personally speaking, as you get older your body goes through changes that can impact the timeliness of your period. Stress can also bring on periods either early or late in some cases. If you are concerned about it, then make an appointment with your GYN doctor and see what they say.

I believe there are pills available over the counter that can lessen the cramping feeling in your abdominal walls during your menstruation but it would be safe to see your gynaecologist for a proper advice and treatment in the matters concerned even if it's just an annoyance.It's highly recommended to have it checked if symptoms persist so you can have it cured in its early stage.Usually during menaupausal stage such occurence is considered pretty normal next in line to higher body temperatures & blood pressures.

That happens to me all of the time! Your body goes through so many changes everyday; I wouldn't worry.

A friend of mine that happen when she stopped taking birth controle. She also had it when she got on it. So if you just started taking birth contole that could be it.

Could be normal or could be something like a cyst on a ovary.See your GYN>>>
