Someone send me an e-mail and said there were no attachments. The mail came with an approriate attachment. Later in the day, I went to obeserve the e-mail and the whole thing was missing. It wasn't in trash, sent mail, etc. What could possibly be going on?

Yes, if he forwarded the email. Some email programs show the forwarded email as an attachment. The sender would not know that.

I shudder to suggest it, but do you have a virus? If you have McAfee or Norton I suggest you run a scan.

it might possibly have been an e-mail used for you to download a worm onto your computer and your computer might have a trojan virus now.
