Because this section is supposed to be for the parents of teenagers or preteens, but there are a lot of teenagers/preteens who ask questions in this section as well.

This isn't supposed to be a section FOR teens. It's supposed to be a section for PARENTS OF TEENS to discuss parenting teens. (Notice the newborn, toddler and grade schooler sections as well?)
