The problem you're going to run into is that there are vast sections of the world for which statistics of the type you're asking for are not kept. Any numbers that people might provide on a breakdown of world population by race would therefore be almost completely guesswork.

The last major U.S. census showed that 12.5% of its population claimed to be black. As of 2006, Italy had about 58 million people out of a world population of 6.5 billion, making them 0.9% of the world's population. Keep in mind, too, that there are large portions of the world where 'black' would be considered a woefully inaccurate term to describe ethnicity too!

Hope that helps!
