personally i wouldnt have done that if i were you...if the father left...get child support from him, b/c it takes two to tango, he made that baby so now he has to be responsible also. i would have stayed single, i know it is important that a child has both a mother and father figure in their life but i would think it might be hard for the child when u have to break the news that the man he thought was his father isnt really his father and that u married him out of desperation...personally, i would rather be fatherless than to have some guy off the street be my dad...
i know u had good intentions in doing what u did but i dont think that was the best thing to do...sooner or later ur going to have to tell ur son the truth and agian, it might be hard on him...
right now, just take care of ur son the best u can, and u have to deal w/ this eventually, just be careful how u approach it in the future...
good luck w/ everything =) and congrats!

Could not find other question. If you and your husband and baby are happy, I am happy for you. I do not know the laws of your state, but in Texas, a child born to a married couple is the child of that couple; a biological father cannot claim paternity here unless the husband of the mother denies paternity. I do not know what state you are in and what the laws are, but in many, the child belongs to your husband.

DID YOU TELL THAT MAN YOU WHERE ALREADY PREGNANT OR DOES HE THINK HE GOT YOU PREGNANT???
QUESTION 4?
MORE of the story???
OK for this part IF you did not tell the man about the baby until after you had sex and LEAD him to think the baby is HIS then you have committed FRAUD and broke the law.
IF you were honest upfront and told him that you got pregnant BEFORE HIM and he is OK with it then that is a very nice man...
NEXT????

It's better to raise a baby by yourself in love and happiness, than to snag a guy for the sole purpose of being a Father.

I would say your a good mother because you just want the best for your child. I hope everything turns out ok in the rest of your story because so far it sounds interesting.

I don't understand. Right after the baby was born you started watching 'without a trace'? You can click 'add additonal details' to add the rest of the story.

absolutely ridiculous. Your example to your child should be an equally loving relationship BASED on love.... you could have fallen in love when your child was young - or older, IT DOESN'T MATTER. What do you truly want for your child? To be in a marriage that serves a purpose or to wait for that special person that means the world to them? WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE, THESE QUESTIONS ARE TRULY DISTURBING!

its good for you to find a father for the baby, but when the baby grows up, you have to tell him/her that the (present father) isnt the real "birth" father... don't keep it from him/her until he/she finds out, he/she will be hurt
~~ you are a pretty good mom
what i dont get is you said "see my other question for rest of the story??? "
