Well masturbation is an excellent source of 'safe sex' but girls and boys shouldn't be practicing it. Men and women can do this when they are mature enough. Its not bad for health for anyone, male or female. Some women may masturbate before having sex for the first time but what is the point of this question?

Masturbation is an excellent way to get to know your body and a perfect reason for putting off actual sexual interaction because you can pleasure yourself many ways and with a toy! If you are young, I recommend TOYS over BOYS as toys wont get you pregnant. Addiotionally, NEVER have intercourse without birth control AND a condom/protection.

OK girly, it is normal and I think healthy to explore your body. It makes you more confident, and hmmm you kind of learn what works and what doesn't.
