BEST WAY...trust me...an incline bench and a medicine ball. Take the bench and have it inclined at least 45 degrees. The weight of the medicine ball is really not that important. Take the medicine ball and hold it straight out it front of you. Lay all the way down, while you are coming down, your arms should follow...so that when you are in the fully extended position your arms are over your head (keeping a full grasp on the medicine ball). Then sit up. Recommend starting with 3 sets of 10 reps, rest a day, then increase throughout the week. Within two weeks you should be able to build up to 3 sets of 25 reps. Rest about 2-5 mins between reps. This realy works and cuts your abs. It WILL hurt initially...but the strength it builds in your arms and abs....

Most of the answer's are correct, I will go one further. Cut your food intake 60%, cut out all sugar, Don't eat after 6pm, Drink 12 8 ounce glasses of water a day, do as many military set-ups, and full set-ups as you can. Also, find a bar where you can do upside down set ups.

You need to build the muscle in the stomach area, while you cut out the fat. This will work....
