The State Bar Association has the code of ethics printed, try their website.

Yes.

The American Bar Association (ABA) sets forth their Model Rules of Professional Conduct, which have been adopted by most states. The generic version is available on the ABA website (first link).

Some states (like California) have their own rules, which are basically equivalent but developed independently. Each state bar has their own website, which lists the appropriate rules (example: California, second link below).
