There is a way to remove it you have to go to your start, find files and put in the word popcorn, then delete everyone of the files that come up(you can do this right there in the search results). Go to your add remove programs and make sure it is gone from there. My cousin had it on his and that's what I did and it is now gone and doesn't pop up anymore. There is a link on the popup to the popcorn page and it will tell you the same thing on how to remove it.

First off - Popcorn is a bunch of programs, it's not adware, spyware, a virus or anything like that. As such it can't be removed using adware, spyware, virus removal programs.
How it became installed on your computer is probably a complete mystery to you. In most cases it arrives uninvited and hides on your computer for 3 days after which time it repeatedly pops up and demands payment saying that the 3 days trial has expired and you now have to pay for it.
If no-one agreed to download it then you do not have to pay them anything and you shouldn't pay them anything.
This is a scam which has been going on for several months. It originally appeared as Movieland in December 2005, when Movieland was shut down it reappeared as Moviepass and now it's appeared again as Popcorn.
Don't give Popcorn any money, don't phone the expensive 1-900 number and don't give them any personal details. They will threaten legal action and to impair your credit rating but without your personal details there is nothing they can do and unless someone has actually agreed to have their program on your computer then they are acting illegally.
To date I have helped over 1 million people get rid of Movieland and Moviepass (it's a large scale, worldwide problem) and have created a website with detailed removal instructions. Please visit the website and follow the instructions, they're written for Movieland and Moviepass but apply also to Popcorn - wherever it says Moviepass just substitute the word Popcorn (I'll update the site when time permits).

Good luck in getting this thing out of your computer.

It looks like you have either malware or spyware installed on your PC and will need to run a removal client. I use Spybot S&D which can be found at http://www.safer-networking.org/. It is known to work quite well.

You have a virus. Get Norton or some other anti-virus software.
