i can't get my on digital tuned on2 my dvd recorder..i can get the bbc/itv/chan4/5 but not digital why why why

sagem freeview box can't tune it too my cambridge audio dvd 53rw they both have 1 scartoutlets if that means anything .........help my daughter needs dr who recorded on bbc3 or i'll have 2 buy it

when you connect items by scart.. it should recognize it. automatically.....if it doesn't, put sagembox in to line1/av1, on recorder, and switch recorder to line 1/av1..(you dont need to tune anything), you will see digibox picture, if you are using the black freebee scart leads, junk em and get some quality ones... it could be a scart pin has broken etc... good luck....
