Depends on which artery, how big the cut was, and whether or not you seeked medical attention. But, someone could die very rapidly if a bad laceration to a main artery happened. Please don't attempt it!

Don't know exactly - but would be extremely fast - probably less than 10 minutes - depending on the artery.

You would bleed out in less than a minute, but not sure, it could take hours and it is very painful, you will suffer Immensely if this were the case. I couldn't do it, I've heard how terrible it is to watch your blood gush out. Not a good plan if you are considering this, you need to talk to someone, this is a great tool to ask for help

depends on which artery,severity of the cut, heart rate,temperature probably other factors too. that said, anywhere from a couple of minutes to a couple of hours to bleed out.
