Yes... to become a phenomenum... that person does need natural talent. You could work hard at your game and become a star... but natural talent and hard work would put you in rare air.
Pete Rose didn't have a natural talent.. he worked hard at baseball everyday... and finished his career with more hits than anyone in baseball history.

What do you mean by "just started to play soccer" and "a phenomenon"? If you mean you touch ball with your feet for first time at 19 and you want to be like Ronaldo Luiz Nazario, I think it's just like moving Texas to China.
Usually a world-class player started his training at early ages, and he did it intensively and consistently. He would be at the top at 26-30. After that, his performance usually declines because of his age.
However, you can do your best if you practice regularly and eager to learn.

If the person really tried all they could to prove to the world that they are a phenomenon, they could, especially if they have enough talent, but they might lack in experience because many, if not all, the soccer stars played in their early teenage years.

Sure man, all it takes is lots of hard work. It might be easier if that person's pretty good at futbol at first, meaning that person probably already has futbol talent, but even if he/she didn't, practicing at least half an hour every day would result in phenomanal ability.

if you make it your life....eat, breath, and sleep soccer...you never know what will happen. some people just have natural talent and can become great in a short period of time...no, dont expect to be playing on some national team...but maybe you'll get good enough to be in some club.

If you have the hunger to be a phenomenon you need to be dedicated and train your butt off..............It's not impossible. If you have the natural ability then it's a bonus......GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!
