All spitting up is normal in babies.
Don't force your baby to finish her meals if she doesn't want to. A baby knows when they are full, and encouraging to eat more will only overfill her, thus leading to spitting up.
After eatting, keep your baby upright for at least 30 minutes to help aid in digestion.
Make sure you are still burping her enough.
Your baby may have Acid Reflux, which is actually quite normal in babies. Talk to your baby's doctor about getting tested for this.
Make sure that the bottles/cups you use for your baby are properly cleaned before using them. Using dirty items can grow bacteria in them, causing your baby to get a stomach bug, and thus spit up more.

my daughter had the same symptoms during her first month. Have you tried a Lactose Free formula? You can get a "ready to feed" can for about $4-5 at a Wal-mart. My daughter is now on Enfimil w/Lipil Lactose Free and doing great. You can become lactose intolerant at any age. If this works for your baby and you are on WIC you should be able to change at your next renewal. If that is a long way off, WIC may have an exchange program of some sort. Good Luck.

Enfamil A.R.® LIPIL®
Available in:
Ready-to-Use Liquid
1 quart 32 fl oz
Powder
12.9 oz can
Enfamil A.R. LIPIL
Milk-based infant formula thickened with added rice starch
Does your baby spit up frequently? Many babies have this very common feeding problem which can be unsettling to a new mom.
But rest assured, it may be easily handled. Enfamil A.R. has been clinically proven to reduce frequent spit up by over 40 percent. Enfamil A.R. LIPIL is specially formulated with an easy-to-digest rice starch that thickens in the stomach to help keep formula down gently and effectively.
Enfamil A.R. LIPIL is nutritionally balanced for your baby's first 12 months of life. And, of course, it has LIPIL, a unique blend of DHA and ARA, important nutrients also found in breast milk that support brain and eye development.
Ask your pediatrician if it's right for your little one. With Enfamil A.R. LIPIL, what goes down is much more likely to stay down.

Here's what everyone so far has overlooked. Could she possibly have acid reflux? My son used to spit up so bad at times it looked like something out of the Exorcist. I talked to my doctor about it. She said feed them less but more often, sit them up while feeding. Leave them sitting for at least half hr. Burp them really well, elevate the crib mattress and ta da, I have a happy non spitting up baby. I also gave him zantac syrup because it burned his throat. If that's what she has hopefully it hasn't affected her little throat yet.
And no need to change formula.
Good luck on your little one.

Ask the Dr. if you can thicken it a bit with some rice cereal...that usually helps. I would use 1-2 teaspoons of cereal per 2 ounces of formula.

Try something that is lactose free. Also if you can afford it try goats milk. Goats milk is the most like a humans then anything that ever came out of a factory, just very expensive.
