No way would these guys fight. This would be an alliance to sort out the bad lads. But if a bar room thing started then Luke would win as I don't think Superman could hold his ale. Much like Kryptonite is alcohol at times.

1)Superman is fast, but Luke can predict his moves
2)Lightsaber can harm Superman, we are not sure, but we can say; Superman has a week point of Kyriptonite, but a jedi is almost unstopable, unless Superman is a fighter that uses the force like the Sith
3)Luke can deflect Superman's heat and eye beams, but Superman is far stronger
4)A jedi uses the force all the time, and Jedi is infact connected to the force, Superman isnt.
Lets hope that they dont fight because they both are on the side of the Good, but if they do, I think Luke has the upper hand

Luke is humanesque, Superman is not. That's like asking between Superman and Batman. The mortal creature will always lose because of genetics. Superman would have never lost his hand to a light saber.

Luke would just use the force to convince Superman to eat some Kryptonite Pie. Then he'd Lightsaber him up into super-confetti. It would be used in the greatest parade of all time.

Now just in theory if the two were to meet it would be in a galaxy far far away where superman wouldn't have the powers he posses on earth and Luke would easily kill him

Superman in fact he could do it blindfolded without x-ray vision.....lol
The force would have no physical effect because Calel is invincible and as for the mind control.......get real.
Now who would win in a fight between Yoda and Neo.....now thats a good one.
