Checked on Amazon.com. They have Degrassi The Next Generation - Season 1 (2002) and Degrassi Junior High - The Complete Collection. Hope this helps. Good luck. :0)

Degrassi Junior High is all on DVD. The first three seasons of The Next Generation are on DVD, plus they have an extra DVD of the episodes with Kevin Smith called Jay and Silent Bob do Degrassi.
