My sister wants her first baby's name to be very obviously Italian but unique. Not too strange though, but not really common. Does anyone like Marcella or Nicoletta? Thank you. Any other suggestions?

♡Yes, those two names are both beautiful!
I'm sure whichever name you sister decides on will be perfect!
I like the names Alessandra, Giovanna and Isabella too. Italian names are lovely!

Vivian; Beatrice;Marie;Paulette Marcella is not my top choice only cause I am watching Big Brother and Marcell is a black gay dude. Nicoletta, Is alright. You did the right thing though search for the best. You're a good sister, she is lucky to have you.

I don't know for sure if it's Italian...
truth is my family is Gypsy, so we
pick up a lot of unusual names...
but one of my favorites that sounds Italian
is Anitya (Ann-E-tia). I had a great great
Aunt with that name... I find it beautiful.

Secondly I'd say Aradia.

I love Isabella, like Isabella Rossilini, the actress. She's beautiful, and the name is, too, it trickles off the tongue.
