Dribble around a lot with left. Try to tuck my right hand behind back but I always cheat. Someone told me they used a Hoop Harness and it helped them. I will look at it at www.hoopharness.com. Let me know if anyone has used it?

Dribble with both hands at the same time. Play a pick-up game and only dribble left-handed, nothging teaches like experience. In your spare time always dribble left handed, you have to get comfortable using it.

1) Go to the Home Depot, in the painting aisle, and buy a big roll of 3/4" masking tape.

2) Go to Walmart and buy a really cheap pair of sunglasses.

3) take the tape, and on the INSIDE of the LEFT lens, cover the entire lens with the tape. Yes, cover the LEFT lens.

4) Wrap tape around the fingers of your right hand so they are all taped together.

5) Put on the glasses and dribble and shoot layups for 1/2 hour a day.

Your left hand is controlled by your right brain. However, there is no "cross" of nerve information from the eye to the brain, so your right eye feeds your right brain. You need to stimulate the right side of your brain as much as possible to improve your left hand dribbling. The glasses will force the right side of your brain to work harder. You'll be amazed at how tired you are after 1/2 hour. Work up to an hour. After a month, you'll feel a HUGE difference.

Use the goggles that dont let you see the ground. They have extensions under the eyes to make you look up while dribbling. Practice normal dribbling drills while wearing the goggles and you should be better in no time.

1. Keep practicing with your left.

2. Dribble two balls at once (L & R simultanously).

3. Program your brain by starting to do routine things with your left hand... like eating, brushing your hair, brushing your teeth, openning doors, openning drink bottles, etc.
