To supervise and not have to do the hard work. Just kidding! Most supervisors I had took breaks all the time and spent all of 3 hours with the employees. Invited guest into her office to talk personal activies non-job related. Took months off claiming to be sick. Went on field trips with friends and relatives during office hours. I suppose it could be a cush job for someone who has no desire for a company to grow. So the best job would be something you have a vision for.

The perfect job is one that you would do for free. I once had a job as a plant designer at a floral warehouse. Because I love flowers and creating things of beauty from living things I looked forward to going to work each day. I looked at my paycheck as a bonus because I truely loved what I did. So to me the best job is the one that you would do for free and you will never work a day in your life.

The perfect job would be managing a clothing store. Because I love to shop. It would be my job to order the products that we sell. I could be working and shopping at the same time.

Find your bliss. The perfect job is the job that lets you do what you love to do.

For me it was drafting. I love to make technical drawings, and doing it on the computer makes it only better.

Find what you are good at, what you enjoy doing, and then see if there is a job that involves this. Or see if you can create one.

Depends on what you like to do. In my case, it would be either a job where I was continuously active and stayed in really great shape, or one where I got paid to read books. God I love to read. So pretty much it would be a job where you get paid to do something you love, and would never get tired of.
