Putting ground effects on a scooter is like putting a spoiler on a skate board. It ain't gonna do much. If you're trying to squeeze every last bit of speed out of your scoot for drag racing, then go for it.

Assuming that's what you meant....... dude it's a mo-ped grow up, you dont' put ground effects on a scooter it's one step up from a razor scooter.
