Wow, how did you get so, no offense, fat!?!?! You weigh two times more than me!. I'm 5'2" and 90 pounds! I've never been over 100 pounds in my life (I am 17) Your BMI (body mass index) is 32.9 which means your are seriously obese.

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

What I would do, is get to your doctor right away. Then you need to hit the gym!! And I'm sorry, but with your weight, you are not going to lose the weight as fast as you might want to. It'll take time. It might take about a year just to get out of that obesity stage and into the overweight stage. Trust me, I've witnissed it in many people.


P.S. I'm sorry if I sounded like a b*tch or rude, I wasn't trying to be. I am just wondering how someone could not have any self control like that.

Im 5'2 and 107ish, ive been heavier before and ive found this diet helps me stay at 105-110. also, im asian so it may be my genes.. but asian cultures eat differently than americans do...maybe this will help.

no bread/rice/pasta. seriously. i mean u can eat a little wheat bread or brown rice just to get nutrition, but no big bowls of noodles or white rice. White rice and pasta and bread are refined carbs which are bad. Go for brown rice, whole wheat.

vegetables! ive noticed americans eat SO LITTLE vegetables! like.. a serving of peas or greenbeans is supposed to last u a week! eat steamed vegetables, or even stir fry. eat lots. lots.

fruits, instead of eating chips when ur hungry, pick up a banana, or orange, or grapes, or apple.

no butter, no ranch or thousand island dressing. if u need dressing on ur salad, get balsalmic venegrete.

dont eat fried stuff, grilled is better. NO juice or soda!!! each can/glass is 100+  calories. No fastfood!

for a girl whose 5'2, you only need 1500 calories. to loose weight, you should go down to 1300/day or so. just read the lables on the stuff u eat. add it up.

other than that, excercise! 45min a day, just do some fast walking at first, then running. and increase the time more as u do it.

well u can't loose weight fast unless you go on a fast. No I am not saying not to eat, but you need to purify your body to get all the toxins out. Or you can get a sauna suit and sweat all your water weight out. I am 5'5 and weighed 278 at my highest now I am at 230 after 5 months of eating right, jogging. I had a doctor and a dietician though plus I went to the gym once a week.

I'm 5'1 and i weighed over 200 , the way i lost my pounds was weight watchers believe it or not it works! I'm now down to 164!!! You can do it don't give up. You can see results in about 1 month! Try it let me know how it works!!

go on a water diet.... drink ALOT of water, and when you eat, eat a salad, no think dressing like ranch, blue chesse, caser...... light italin would probaly be good..
