Can you get a discount if you bought a Dell desktop three months ago and want to buy one 8 months from now? Like can I get $100 off or something?

If your seriously thinking about buying a Dell I would think twice. I tried to work on my daughters brand new $2500+ computer and it was awful. To even print something was a major ordeal because, it won't let you save a quick print setting to use less ink. Apparently, they want you to use the darkess setting so that you'll have to buy more ink catridges that they market each and every time you try to print. When you attempt to change the settings it takes forever to load. That not only annoying it makes me mad that they think we're so stupid!
I hate that computer compared to my HP. I don't care if they gave me their top of the line for free, I'd stick with my HP! :) :)

Also, anybody (I mean anybody) can easily and quickly buy the ink to refill their own catridges. If you take your time the first or 2nd. time and read the instructions for the cartridge your filling it's quick, simple and real cheap! The only thing you need to be careful about is to make sure you fill them in an area that can be easily cleaned up (won't stain anything) in the event you spill some ink. Try it you'll see for yourself.

Scare tactics they all use:
They'll try to tell you if your cartridge isn't filled right it'll leak and ruin your printer or that you won't get the quality of print like you would with a new catridge. This is all a bunch of bull! Again, an insult to our intelligence! If you can read, you can refill their cartridges - blindfolded after some practice. They're ripping everyone off!!

Good Luck!

I have three Hp printers and have spilled ink, had an ink cartridge leak and they're all 3 have never had a problem.

Well, not likely under those circumstances, but, check for the Tax Free Holiday in your state, if they have one, or, keep an eye out for rebates, and instant savings.
