It's in their blood. They were born to be rude. Why do you think other countries don't like English fans going over for big tournaments. They always start a fight. Unlike us Scots who are welcomed by countries all over the world. Ask any foreigner and they'll tell you the same thing.

They'll never stop being rude because that's all they know. I bet at school sports days they have table throwing competitions and drinking games, just to prepare for when they grow up.

I think you mean English, as in England. If so, its not that they're rude, they're like the French. It'd a different culture. Odds are you acted like you would here, in America (I'm assuming that's where you're from) and many foreign countries find our behavior offensive and rude. So they return the attitude you direct towards them. If you act like an annoying tourist you are treated like one.
