How many teams in your league? I'll assume 10 for now. You need to upgrade your QB. Vick is exciting but a below average fantasy QB. Also, your depth is terrible. Stay active on the waiver wire.

I'm going to agree with the others. You don't need three TEs. Drop one and go try to pick up another QB who may be a sleeper or another WR.... you're going to have to play the matchups...
