When I was 10 I thought I was ready to wear lipstick, but the stains on the carpet and my sweater proved I wasnt! When I was 15 I was ready to drive, but my accident told another story. When I was 18 I was ready to show that I was independant, but it turned out thats when I needed my mom the most! Looking back on the years as I am approaching 30, I realized I have come a long way. I have often wanted to be older and even sometimes recently I've wanted to be younger, However in this very moment as 30 creeps up on me I feel more safe, more settled and more in control then ever before and more at peace then I thought I could be. there is no right of passage that I'm waiting to try on. The wild child years no longer have my attention. I am ready to be 30, ready to be an adult, ready to take on the world! I have no regreats and no expectations, But I am eqquiped with a strong sense of who I am and who I want to be. I have dreams and goals and realistic aspirations.

I usually write intro and conclusion last, then you already know what the paper is about when trying to introduce it. Try to come up with three reasons for your optimal age and write a paragraph about each, that should be a good start.

Try free writing to get something started. I will just start writing anything that applies to the subject. The intro can be added later. Just start writing instead of thinking too much about it.

I recommend writing the whole thing except the intro and then going back and writing the intro. Sometimes it's hard to write what you are going to say until you've already said it!

Well, I would assume you would only want to use an age you have been, but maybe start with a memory of when you thought you were at your best
