no it's neat cause you get to trade in the wife and kids for a brand new 20 year old ho, and you can raise em how you like em, they are easily impressed because 40 years olds tend to have the financial stablity and homeownership status that 20 year olds dont, generally speaking that is

Being 40 is neat for a lot of reasons.... I am currently 40. When I was younger I had dreams and aspirations.....When I would talk about my ideals and my opinions about whatever the topic was (especially interpersonal relationships) the old guys around me would just laugh a little. Not much, just a Little chuckle, like they knew something I didn't. Now that I am their age, I understand what they were chuckling about. I was young and didn't even know what I was talking about. I had no idea, although I thought I did. Now that I am older, I realize that I, like every other young adult, was stupid. You don't even begin to understand what it is all about until you are 30 or so....a few earlier, most later.
Now when some young pup tells his opinions and spouts about his vast knowledge of the world and what is what, I can just sit back and chuckle.

No, its neat because you haven't been randomly "knocked off" by some random event "and the fact that You've Gone Around The Sun 40 Times!" Grats!!

You can say what you like about life starting at 40, but in actual fact it's not that great as you really start to feel your youth slipping away. Presuming your journey around the sun for the previous 40 years has been a happy one, you have that in your favour and if you look after yourself, you can still look and feel good after 40... I do. :)

It's neat because you finally see how you're going to get to really own all the stuff you're paying for, like your house, your business, and your cars, but you can still kick 20-something year-olds' a$$e$ in triathlons because you have the discipline to train and they partied the night before and are puking in the ditch. 40 rocks, especially when you don't look it.

Its not too bad, its worse when youve been round 52 times ! Wonder if we can put the earth in reverse gear and go back around in the opposite direction another 30 times ?
