Well you cannot get someone to like or love you but you could ask them out. Maybe once they get to know you better they will find out if they like you or not.

Well if you aren't going to see him again, definately do something so you could at least stay in contact... I had something like that happen to me once, and I still regret not saying anything, asking for her phone number or something...
