Forty-eight survivors of a mid-Pacific plane crash are stranded on a mysterious island of harsh terrain, cruel weather and dark secrets, including a frightful creature that stalks the jungle. And some of the castaways have dark secrets of their own...

Thousands of miles off course and with no rescue in sight, they must work together to stay alive. But the survivors' pasts keep coming back to haunt them – and threaten the group's ability to endure.

The doctor and the rock star, the con man and the drama queen – the castaways are all different. But they are all the same. They are all lost.

Lost stars Matthew Fox as Jack, Evangeline Lilly as Kate, Ian Somerhalder as Boone, Dominic Monaghan as Charlie, Jorge Garcia as Hurley, Maggie Grace as Shannon, Malcolm David Kelley as Walt, Naveen Andrews as Sayid, Harold Perrineau as Michael, Josh Holloway as Sawyer, Terry O'Quinn as Locke, Emilie de Ravin as Claire, Daniel Dae Kim as Jin and Yunjin Kim as Sun.

Simply...plane crashes on island with unexplainable events and characters. The show is okay, but it leaves you with a cliffhanger after every episode. Great actors!!!

loads of people get stranded on an island....but then they find out that there is more people on the island known as 'the others'....So now basically everyone is trying to find out why they are on the island?, who r the others? and what connection do 'the others' have with the stranded people? (the programmes a lil addictive and a lil complicated as there are loads of different revelations, twists and turns!).... but i luv it

Goodness knows. I watched the first six but all I kept seeing was repeats of the first one and gave up. There must be something to it tho.

Was nt it written by the same guy that wrote TWIN PEAKS, I am sure it was, and I had the same problem understanding that, watched it to the very end, and then felt cross about wasting all those hours watching something I did not understand, and I am NOT THICK, but hell!!!! Got to go and get my blood pressure tablets now!

Some persons lunacy.

Eventually they will unravel all in one episode, and you will go "Ahhh"...but all these stupid questions about the show that keep cropping up, will conveniently be forogtten.
