i think this could be a total mind f**k.
i reckon it could be quite deep and its so impossible that we are the only ones in the universe. when you see all the stars which are suns or burnt out suns.

Yes but don't start looking at the stars for them , what about on our planet especially under our oceans and also the theory of hollow earth they may be there living in a subterranean world under our feet . I think we are being misdirected.

Do you mean alien life forms on earth?
I think it is possible that other life forms exist on other planets, but whether they would bother to come and visit us is another matter.
I have not read, "The Chariots of the gods", but when I tried to look it up, I had great problems. One of the sites was a security risk to my computer. From what I can gather the book was greatly criticised and ridiculed.
I am a Christian and I have read science fiction books by C.S. Lewis and I can greatly recommend these. Why not give them a try?
Hope this helps:>) and Go bless you.

Concerning Daniken, his giant Nazca images that can 'only be seen from space' have been proven to be stylised totemic images drawn by Indians to represent their animal gods. They can be drawn quickly and accurately by the use of a two sticks and a long piece of string to trace a huge image from a smaller original.
Daniken collected many 'spirit stones' that were created by aliens resulting from temperatures impossible with Earth's technologies. Upon investigation it turned out that the local Indians were making them by covering large pebbles with black boot polish and heating them in a camp-fire. They knew Daniken was paying good money for 'alien artefacts'.
Most of Daniken's 'evidence', though inexplicable at the time he presented it, has subsequently been shown to falsified, erroneous, misinterpretation of Indian stories through total ignorance of their languages and in some cases through ignorance of basic geology and archaeology.
Daniken appears to have been hoodwinked for years by the local Indians and investigation has shown him to be the only person on Earth more gullible than his readers.
The question of the possibility of alien life has been posed and answered a dozen times since I found this board a mere week ago, please give it a rest!

indeed I feel there are other things out there.
We as HUMANS couldn't withstand conditions of the other planets, but I believe that other life forms were created to live on those planets. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense for them to exist without a purpose. So we need to either figure out what they are really to be used for, except the fact that we aren't the ONLY things alive, or forget about the whole thing and go on with life like most of us do...oblivious.

I think it's naive to think we are the only living creatures in the universe. That doesn't mean I think there are little Grey's' flying around in discs but definitely some kind of living organism must exist.

I usually quote Grissom from CSI here:
"I'm sure if there is something out there, looking down on us from somewhere else in the universe, they're wise enough to stay away from us."

Nah seriously, i think it would be incredibly arrogant for us to assume we are the only life force out there.
