If you're using Explorer, go to the "view" menu at the top of the windows, then scroll down to "text size" and select the size that you want the text to be.

Start Internet Explorer
Click on View in the menu
Select Text size
Select a smaller size

to solve this problem, you can simply press CTRL button on your keyboard and scroll the scroll in your mouse UP to make the font smaller and down to make the font larger
