Three possibilities:
1. Your body has an amazing ability to fight off infection and could possibly fight this off without any treatment at all.
2. The infection could remain chronic and not get any better, but not get any worse either.
3. The infection could get much worse - possibly spreading from a vaginal infection to a uterine infection. The infection could lead to PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease) This could possibly affect the tubes and cause infertility. The infection could get into a person's circulation causing sepsis and eventually death.

It would become very painful, itchy and prob a very bad odor, the medications are stores are the same a doctor would give you so try one it will feel better
