is there a connection between a small load of semen and a lot?

I have noticed the load has become smaller recently. Can that mean a health issue? can it be due to a lot of masturbation? does a small load mean less chances of pregnancies? any thoughts

preganacy is not an issue here...frequent masturabtion or sexula intercourse will reduce the amount of sperm collected in your scrotum
