When someone on here askes advice about a mistake they made, and how to better it people are stuck on telling them what they SHOULD HAVE done? They realize what they should have done, but have already made the mistake. Why do people like putting that in their face instead of helping them better their situation?

Because people think they know everything, and when you tell them something personal, some will take that as an invitation to judge you because they are stupid.
