if you workout alot and are very athletic than it might be muscle but also you want a heathy diet when you want a snack grab and apple or carrot your not fat and dont let anyone put you down also excercise regularly i do cross country im not a stick but i keep my diet healthy so just eat right and stay active

There is no way you can lose weight fast in "2 weeks". Your body needs more time than that! Not to be brash, but it took you 14 years to get to 155 lbs, and 2 weeks isn't gonna put you back to 110 or anything, thats just the way things are.
I am 18 years old, 5'7", and I weigh 145.... and I am pretty borderline for overweight, so you being 14 isn't good. One way to lose that weight is to join your school sports team (volleyball, softball, etc.). You'll find that going to practice and taking extra time out of your day to exercise will improve your weight. Dont sweat about it! You're just 14 anyway. Try and have more fun instead of worrying about appearance. Keep in mind that its MUCH easier to lose weight now than when you're an Adult...

No, you're not fat if you go by BMI (body mass index). If you're still not content with that the best thing to do is eat real well, but you still can have a small amount of junk if you eat junk. And EAT EVERY 2 HOURS. Most people don't do this and this has to be the #1 reason why diets fail. I wouldn't diet if I were you though because you are at a normal weight.

no I'm 14 and i did weigh 141, but being on vacation i gained 10 lbs. some of it fat most of it muscle though cause i started working out... r u happy with yourself? maybe u should start doing some Pilate's or tae-bo...that will tighten things up....it's not what the scale says..it's how u look and feel...remember bone structure has a lot to do with it as well, the bigger your bones and to more muscle u have the more u'll weigh.......just take into consideration how u look and feel and u'll be fine...have a good day!!

Let's see, at 5'7" and 155 pounds, your BMI (body mass indext) is 24,3, which means you are on the brink of being obese.
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
You might want to rethink the foods you eat and how active you are. Eat more healthy foods (eliminate the sweets and pop and fast food...stuff like that) and exercise (when I say exercise Im not necessarily saying go bench press 200 pounds and then go run a mile....go play basketball/football/soccer/volleyball/tennis/etc, or just run around with your friends.). It's very important to stay in the normal healthy range. I am 5'2" and 85 pounds and I am 25-30 pounds underweight (I am 17) and my BMI is 15.5.

No your not fat thats a good weight concidering you 5'7.
Go on the atkins diet no bread no suger.
Watch your carbs.Like just eat meat...
lose like 1 lb a day after the first 2 days...

you will find on this article a weight mass index to tell the weight you should be for yr height and also some really good weight loss programs and exercises if you feel you need to lose a few lbs

i dont think ur that fat, i mean you are kinda tall
but if you wanna loose weight than i suggest that you eat only vegetables and fruits raw ONLY!
eat as much as you want until your full, but ONLY raw fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water and allow your self a little protein but dont over do it
only for two weeks
if you feel faint, your not eating enough
