What with all the X-Men movies out now, he'll fit right in. Pack him some algae and jam sandwiches, give him a bus pass, and send him on his merry way. What's his name?

Has he progressed to a frog stage yet? If not, he is developmentally delayed and you need to seek a juvenile amphibian specialist's advice first. But if he is a froggy, then yes, it is time to drop him at the nearest pond, wish him luck, and help him to understand that none of us have a free ride and it is time for him to make his mark on the world.
