Can Vicodin cause irregular periods?

I took a couple pills on Friday night and im wondering if that could have made me have a irregular period?

I really don't think so I have been on vicodin for a long time now due to surgerys and it has never effected my period, it can make you constipated but won't mess with your period. Vicodin is not a pain killer like so many people think, it is actually a blocker and when you are in pain the vicodin gos to the part of your brain that lets you know you have pain and blocks it or kind of numbs it and then it is gone withing 4 to 6 hours.
