No such thing. If you google picogravitons, you get a few links for *.com sites, but not a single *.edu site. This is a good sign that whatever theory you are pulling this term from (autodynamics?) is a crack-pot theory.

a pico is one trillionith of something. So you'd have a trillionth of a graviton.
