I'm guessing all you wanted was an answer from the female side when you say b/f.
But I just had to put my two cents in on this question.
There is an old saying that goes like this--once a cheat always a cheat.
You can't change the spots on an animal so what make you think you could change a cheat from cheating on you a second or third time around.

No the same would go with a girlfriend. If she cheated on me I definitely would not go back out with her, but I would pretend I didn't know about her cheating if I found out somehow and then I would cheat on HER just to even the score, but then later I would dump her and kick the other guy's butt.

Yes. My boyfriend is very much worth it. It's just that he's only human (and a male at that). Still, he's wonderful in so many other ways that I can forgive a little "cheating". Then again, I guess mine didn't really "cheat" in that he didn't try to lie to me about it or hide it from me. He told me right after he did it. (Heck, he called me from her place while she was there because he was so freaked out and so sorry about what he did.) Besides, sex just isn't that important to me, compared to everything else about him. We communicate very well and are a perfect match for each other.
However, I didn't touch him again (well, I hugged him, but no exchanging bodily fluids) until after I saw test results verifying that he hasn't picked up any diseases. He can claim all he wants that he used a condom (and I can believe him all I want), but it's a matter of respecting myself enough to take care of my personal safety, and a test isn't that big of a deal, so it's worth it to have him tested first.

NO.
but if u cheated on him too or u guys were generally having a hard time, and u decide u want to try things again.. then maybe.
Sometimes when ppl cheat its that they are not happy. but if u make a commitment and decide you want to work things out and make it better, then sometimes its worth it.
but if he cheated on u just cuz he felt like it, even if u guys are happy.. then theres no excuse.

Honestly, it depends on the level of your relationship. Many women will tell you "hell no" but if it came down to it, they would stick by their man. If I was with him for years and/or the level of our relationship was worth fighting for, I wouldnt allow the other woman to have whats mine. If it is something that we could work out, then I would work on it, but lets say it was just a little highschool fling thing for about 2 months, its not worth the pain due to the fact that he will do it again if he has done it this early.

it depends on how well you know him, how long youve known him,if its the first time, and if you love him....also if he was drunk or vulnerable at the time..also if you think in your heart he's sorry n would not do it again.....cheating once is forgivable sometimez...cheating twice is forgivable if u cheated on him(b/c how can u b a hypocrite at him 4 cheating if u turn around n do the same)..3 timez or more is sick n unforgivable

I have in the past but it only gotten worse because he thought he could walk all over me since i have took him back over and over again.
So now he cheats he is out the door. Life is to short to be hurt and in pain. Get out bad relationships and enjoy life.

If he was simply a boyfriend, no I would not.
If my husband did and he was honest about it and willing to help us work through the issue, I would, in order to help preserve our family.
Most of the time, however, men who cheat, will just do it again eventually.
