ur question isnt yet complete...
u need to specify search bar in which browser...
if its internet explorer,
to search from the address bar,
in internet explorer, on the tools menu, click internet options.
click the advanced tab.
under search from the address bar,
To view a list of likely matches in the Search bar, and display the most likely Web page in the main window, select Display the results, and go to the most likely site.
To view a list of likely matches in the main window so that you can choose which Web page to display, select Just display the results in the main window.
To view only the most likely Web page, select Just go to the most likely site.
To turn off searching from the Address bar, select Do not search from the Address bar
or if u say between views:
Toggle between full-screen and regular views of the browser window.: F11

Go up to the bar where file, edit...etc is. Right click and then left click on SEARCH BAR. That should bring it back.

which search bar you talking about. Is it where you type website address or on top of page where u can type something and google it.
If first one is missing, go to VIew and check if Navigation toolbar is checked.
If second one, check the plug ins from Tools and check google/yahoo (which ever search plugin you were using) is installed correctly.

Right click on any existing tool bar, including the "file edit view" one and select the tool bar you want brought back.

You need to specify which search bar and where. Usually right click properties works.

if it is the address bar you want then check that address bar is checked in-- View>toolbars>address bar. If it is something else look for it in the toolbars menu and make sure it is checked

are you using IE?>
if so right click in an empty space in the tool bar at top
put checkmark back in there to display it ~
