I'll answer this though I'm a woman...guys are turned on by visual things. Nothing wrong with that...just means they're normal.
We women are turned on by the printed word...and I'm kind of wondering why you have to jump through some hoops to buy a Playboy magazine but young girls can buy a romance novel no questions asked.

What brooky two says (above) is a theory that some believe is true. Other primates don't have breasts that are always round and perky. Desmond Morris says that humans have evolved to mate face-to-face in order to cement the pair bond so that a man and woman will stay together to take care of their young. (Human babies take a long time to mature.)

Because cleavage resembles a behind. Seriously.
When we were still on all fours that's what they saw first. That's where the turn on happened. So....they like cleavage for that reason, reminds them of something they can stick something in. Simple, but true.
Also, I think they like them because they don't have them, but this is my opinion, the above is not.

They make nice pillows. For me, it stops pretty much there (I'm gay).
As to why straight guys dig them... I really don't know. I've been trying to fathom that forever. I guess heterosexual women should be pretty grateful that they do, at any rate.
