I would have to believe it was the Los Angelis Angels of Anahiem or the Chicago White Sox. I know the Chicago White Sox had serious interest also, but the Nationals wouldn't get off of the asking price which included Brandon McCarthy. So, in all honesty, I believe that the Chicago White Sox or the Angels. W
Who could've used him more? The Angels. The White Sox really had no need for him, and he really doesn't fit into the chemistry of the club house.

the tigers were very interested...the white sox were not interested they just wanted him so the tigers couldnt have him. the tigers wanted him until they pulled in casey which is a very good upgrade from chris shelton
