Well, if you had breast fed your baby you would have lost most if not all of it by now--But that is ok did you know that you can exercise with your baby and get a better workout? you can lay him on the floor and stretch your legs out on each side of him and bend forward and blow bubbles on his belly. Alternate from one side of him to the other kissing his cheeks and sitting up straigh in between. Stretchen your legs back and sholders. You also can give him his first flying lessons by lieing on your back and picking him up above you and lowwering him to give him a kiss or blow a strawberry on his belly do that 10 times and your arms and stomach will really feel it. Another in that same position is only for those with good cordination (and that would be balance in not tipping over on either side); put him on your feet while still lieing on your back extending your arms to hold him steady and just do a slight sway, up towards your head and down a bit towards the floor this will do wonders for your belly..
These excersies are so basic and simple even after you become pregnant again you can still do them...At least until that young one weights over 25 lbs...but by then he will be giving you a ride. you will probably lose a few lbs pretty quick and may still lose more even after you become pregnant. Some men don't see their babies moms as unattractive after having their babies they just like seeing us happy in our new momhood and love that we had the baby...so don't worry, but at your age you do need to get into shape for 2 little ones in diapers. So just be creative and get in shape and have another baby...your window is closing soon and then you and the unborns life will be in jeapordy.
Take care now and I hope this helps you and your growing family

More than just the weight issue have you put any thought into how rough having a 1 and half year old and a new born at the same time...2 kids in diapers, one that is recently mobile??? I think youre asking for trouble. If your weight is a concern then try to corrent it somehow...I have a 2 month old, I gained 15 pounds with her and lost it in a week (I believe it was from pure exhaustion) now I have gained 7 pounds again.... I know every one can tell im bigger and my clothes dont fit...but the truth is that is I really really wanted to I COULD excersise while the baby naps but I dont! Buy your self a quick workout tape like 8 minute abs or pilates. I prefer the pilates because it is very relaxing and somewhat easy! Try it, it will make you appear much leaner.

I had gained a lot of weight with my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd children. When I was pregnant with my 4th I had not taken the weight off from the 3rd. I just vowed NOT to gain a lot of weight with the 4th and it worked! My son still weighed over 9 lbs. so it didn't affect him!
If you married the right man - no matter what you look like - he will still find you attractive!
Good luck!

well, baby fat is diffrent, men can't seem to help but find you attractive no matter how much you gain ( i gained 90lbs ) just make sure after the second one is born you try to loose some of the weight..that is of course only if you find yourself uncomfortable...there is nothing wrong with a little extra weight. and your husband will love you and find you attractive no matter what...besides it's only been 8 months, you probably wont gain that much weight..also once that little one is walking, you will be burning a whole lot more calories.

well, congrats on the baby. you shouldn't put off having another baby b/c you feel that the weight gain will make your husband unattractive to you. You can still lose the weight and take care of the baby. One easy way to do it is to try something like weight watchers. If you are still nursing, they have a plan for nursing mothers. Granted, yes the weight won't fall off as quickly unless you are excerising as well...but it will come off.

start exercising now. get a jogging stroller and run with your baby. get postnatal exercise videos (infantastic is a cute one) and just get moving. just 20 minutes each day. cut out the SUGAR! when you want a cookie eat fruit or yogurt train your tastebuds to like the good stuff. no fast food. this should help you maintain your weight and maybe lose a little. when you get pregnant again keep exericsing (walk everyday and play with your kid). it took 9 months to gain it, expect 9 months to lose it.
Eat right and Exercise! and you will be as attractive as ever!

if your husband and you both agree that you all want another baby then may be you should have another one but may wait a little while longer before you have your second child so that you can loose the weight and may when your pregnant with your second child you can find some type of exercise that you can do while your pregnant that wont cause harm to you or the baby

First congrats on your first born.....I'm still waiting for mine :( You're husband should love you no matter what, he should understand the changes your body will go through carrying his child. I'm sure he'll love you either way, but also, do you want a baby this soon???? Maybe you have a lot of patience or are a stay at home mom. Good luck and God bless!
