why won't my phone send this picture...?

to my email.
it usually does.
but i've sent and re-sent it about five times and it still hasn't made it to my inbox.
how do i get it to send the picture?

I've tried turning it off and trying again.
i've tried sending different pictures,
i've tried waiting for like five minutes before sending another one.
ugh..

Give it a second,

Maybe it'll get bored and send it,

or seriously, you can give it a break, turn it off and then try it again.

It's your mobile carrier/network provider, not your phone.
