well, I think you'll find that most celebrities are fan wary,and wouldnt like to be stuck anywhere for a prolonged period of time - except to use them backstage after a concert- and then Id expect its all about them as I would imagine there pretty vain, arrogant,self centered and self absorbed and most likely egotisical, Im not saying they arent everyday people with anything but an every day job, but realistically unless theyre smitten with you for some bizzare and unlikely reason, as far as joe public is concerned the only place its going it down - and on them! People become make-up artists, because they enjoy making up people - and they do it to get close to the stars and be more than last nights dinner! If you did get to go to dinner/party with a celebrity it would most likely only ever be because 1) you're a friend of a family member, 2) you're a model or playboy bunny 3) you met them on location somewhere and are in the industry in some form or another 4) or you're an artist in you're own right 5) a business person 6) or a competition winner where they have to grin and smile and bear through it, and pose for the cheesy grin photos, doing their job. Also celebrities don't want to S-TALK,ED to, they know every game, every trick, they've been in the business far too long, they can see the gold diggers, the wannabe's and those who want a free ride or a meal ticket, plus the fame hungry ,getting with a celebrity I wouldnt imagine is an easy thing to do, unless you fit into the above critera, plus the fan/celebrity 'relationship' is an odd one as they are both flattered and replused at the same time, The truth is, while theres a media and a celebrity world and we see that flesh paraded before us - we'll always have our 'crushes' - remember celebrities - are people too
