I know that this question is really early, and it is not really possible to know who will really be the champion, but it is always fun to predict and hear the predictions.

It will be a good season for football, so I think its gonna be Notre Dame, the are powerful in the backfield and have an awesome defense, I also like Michigan, they can do amazing things on the field, but Ohio State is ranked #1 right now, we will see where this goes, but I believe its gonna be a Big Ten team.

Florida State

With a few overturned plays here and there over the last 2 or 3 years they could have easily been playing in the National Championship Game. They are still and will always be one of the most dangerous teams in the country. If you could ask any head coach who they didn't want to play, I bet one team every coach would mention would be FSU. They have very exceptional athletes with NFL size and talent, even at all the backup positions. They rotate in over 25 players on defense every game, and about 20 on offense. There are only a handful of college teams that can go to their bench without having a drop off of talent.

They last won it in 1999, and their bound to win another very soon.

With a pretty tough schedule, the University of Notre Dame has the opportunity to knock off a lock of contenders. Jeff Samardzija is some kind of phenomenon. Still, I do not think any team could make it through that schedule undefeated. So short of a(nother) miracle season for the Irish, I would have to go with Auburn Tigers.

Who ever comes atop of the Big Ten will take it. ND is just not strong enough overall. Im going for Ohio State IF we beat Michigan, Iowa, and Texas. But Im gonna say that we (Ohio State) will win it. Look down the Top 25 who do you see thats gonna be explosive. USC lost there players, Texas is practically dead, Michigan worrys me...But we'll pull it out.

All i can say is ND better watch out for Ted Ginn. Jr. and Mr. Troy Smith.

Meeeechigan. Go Blue!!!!!!! At least I hope so. The Wolverines lost a lot of games last year in the 4th quarter. I do not expect that to happen again. They certainly have the talent.

I was going to say Oklahoma, but since the QB was booted off the team, I'd have to go with Notre Dame. Strong QB, receivers, line, speedy secondary, good kicking game....They've got it all.

"Texas is practically dead". Keep dreaming Buckeye. Vince Young wasn't the only player on that team. You couldn't beat us in the shoe. You don't even smell us in Austin, with or without Vince. Do you have any idea how hot it is in Austin in early September? You northern boys can't handle it. See you in Austin.

Hook'em!!!!!!!!!!!
