For some reason I have noticed like 3 new beauty marks in the past 6 months.
How is this possible?
Should I see a doctor?

If you spend alot of time in the sun I would see a doctor immediately. It could be skin cancer. If not there's nothing wrong with seeing a dermatologists just to be safe.

People can get new marks through the years, your body is not "frozen in time"
But I would see a doctor. Now.
Many types of skin cancer are slow growing...but a few types should be looked at asap.
They can show up in areas that don't get alot of sun too.

Moles can appear at any age, and sun exposure seems to increase your chance of seeing new ones...and freckles as well.
If a new mole looks odd, changes in size or color, itches or bleeds, definitely have it checked out. If you have spent a lot of time in the sun over the years, see a dermotologist and have them check you out all over...then go back as frequently as they suggest, so they can monitor any changes in your skin or moles.
