Canadian Affair offer cheap flights to various Canadian destinations from UK including Halifax, Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver. I have flown with them several times and can confirm that their prices are usually lower than Zoom and other competitors. So why not check out their website. Good luck.

Depends where in Canada i guess! I travel from San Francisco to Montreal with my baby every 3 months and I usually find the best prices with American Airlines directly, plus, after about 4 trips, I have enough miles for a free ticket. Air Canada usually have some good specials too. And if I do San Francisco to Burlington (Vermont), it's about the same amount of time from my parent's house and I save up to 250$. Up to now, I had no luck finding a real cheap price with expedia or orbitz or sites like that. And sometimes there is a 100$ difference if I leave from Oakland or San Jose instead of San Francisco and they are all really close to each other. Hope it helps

Look on www.travelsupermarket.com or other similar price comparison website. That way you pick the dates and city you want and the website does the rest.
