Start with portion control. Eat less but more often. Stay away from sugary foods and junk food (fast food, snacks). Eat raw fruits and vegetables. Dont drink soda, only water and lots of it. The pounds will melt away.

Eat fresh fruit and whole grains in the morning.. then lean proteins and vegetables for lunch and dinner. Drink a lot of water and tea- no soda (not even diet soda). You will be healthy in no time!
